Why Partner With Us

Win Deals a Rate Cut Can’t

In this channel, everyone’s selling the same thing at the same rate. Win a merchant on price, and you’ll lose them the same way.

Merchants are losing money in places a rate can’t reach. A restaurant turns away an Alipay payment. A jeweller loses a five-figure sale to a UnionPay card that won’t clear. An importer waits three days for funds that land in the wrong currency, short an unexplained spread.

They don’t need a better rate. They need someone who can take the payment, and almost nobody else can. That’s your opening: capability, not price.

Partner Support

What You Get

Who We Partner With

No Matter How You Sell

From a single rep to a full ISO, the starting point is the same conversation.

Your Merchants Stay Yours

You Keep What You Build

Merchants you board are coded to you and we don't market OTT Pay products to your portfolio without your involvement.
You decide how visible we are; on every call with you, or entirely in the background. That choice is written into your partner agreement
A rate card doesn’t buy that. A partnership agreement does.

First Call Conversation to First Payout.

Four stages, each with a defined timeframe.
Step One

A Conversation

We start by learning who you sell to and how you operate, whether that’s direct with your merchants or alongside our team.

Step Two

Commerical Terms

We structure a commercial schedule around your book and product mix, which you review before proceeding.

Step Three

Onboarding and Training

Partner portal access, boarding documentation, terminal inventory, and product training for you and your team.

Step Four

Live Merchants

Merchants are boarded, underwritten, and deployed, with training provided for your team. Residual reporting opens from your first settlement, and your partner manager continues to support those accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I keep the relationship with my merchants?

Yes. Merchants you board are coded to you, and we don’t market OTT Pay products to your portfolio without your involvement. How visible we are is your call: on every call with you, or entirely in the background. Whichever you choose is written into your partner agreement.

You buy processing at an agreed rate and share the net profit above it. The rate and the split sit in a commercial schedule attached to your partner agreement, built around your portfolio and the products you sell. We’ll take you through it on the first call.

Residuals are paid monthly. Reporting is open to you at any time, including the acquiring and network costs deducted before the split.

Independent agents, agent offices, ISOs, POS resellers and dealers, ISVs and software platforms, and consultants or associations who refer merchants. Some partners arrive with a book, some are building one. Both start the same way.

CMP stands for Chinese Mobile Payments: it’s how a Canadian merchant accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay on the same terminal they already use for Visa and Mastercard, settled in Canadian dollars.

For a merchant serving Chinese customers, tourists or students, that is the difference between taking the sale and watching it leave.

Merchants paid by customers outside Canada, or tired of waiting on cross-border settlement: cross-border e-commerce, wholesale and trading businesses, professional services with international clients, and high-ticket retail.

The customer pays in USDT or USDC; the merchant is settled in dollars and never has to hold or manage crypto. That last part is what makes it sellable.

Underwriting is done in house, so onboarding moves at the pace of the file, not a queue. If a file needs a closer look, you get a reason and a name.

Product and sales training for you and your reps, including how to open the Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay and stablecoin conversation with a merchant who has never been offered them. You get product one-pagers, terminal sheets and co-branded decks in English and Chinese, plus a partner manager who will sit in on merchant calls while you’re getting up to speed.

Tell us early. We have moved merchants who were mid-term before, and there are things we can do about the cost of switching.

A conversation, and enough detail about your merchants for us to build a schedule that works for both sides.
